Refund & Cancellation
This policy covers payments for Kaam plans (kaamtime.com). Kaam is a prepaid subscription for a business: you pay for one month or one year at a time, before you use it.
Free trial
Every new business gets a 14-day free trial with every feature on. No card or payment is taken for the trial, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If you don't choose a plan, the business moves to the Free plan (30 tasks a month, one owner login) and keeps all its data.
Cancelling
- You can stop or cancel your plan at any time by not paying for the next period, or by telling us on WhatsApp.
- Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
- After that the business moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; you can upgrade again whenever you like.
- If you want your business's data deleted as well, ask us and we will do it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
- Because plans are prepaid and you can use them straight away, we don't give refunds for the unused part of a month or year, including when a plan is cancelled early.
- Duplicate payments: if you were charged twice for the same plan and period, we refund the extra payment.
- Failed but charged: if money left your account but the payment failed or your plan was not activated, we refund it, or activate the plan if you prefer.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70820 78041 within 30 days of the payment. Tell us your business name, the mobile number you sign in with, the payment date and amount, and the payment or receipt number from your bank or the Razorpay receipt. We reply within 2 working days and confirm what we will do.
Price changes
If our prices change, we tell you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next payment.
